Valuations, Negotiations, Strategic transfer of a running bottling plant in Goa having deal size of 5 cr. Smooth transfer of rights to acquirer in the Export oriented unit in Goa industrial area.

Due diligence, feasibility study followed by assignment of rights, title and interest in Brand portfolio of FMCG Company. The transfer included the transfer of long term lease, labour and brands on a negotiated price of assets. Deal size of 2.5 Cr.

Due diligence, negotiations, valuations and assignment of a brands portfolio of a liquor company and its transfer, registrations, compliance at TM registrar level. Deal size 1.5 Cr.
